The reservation will be valid and confirmed only when you will receive the confirmation e-mail from Top Level Hotel.
The confirmation e-mail will indicate all the information about your reservation included the price.
You are admitted to cancel your reservation without penalties until 3 days from the check in. To cancel your reservation,
please send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: book@toplevelhotel.com.
If you don't cancel your reservation and don't arrive at the check in (No show), you have to pay a penalty. The penalty is equal to the full price of the first night.

If you decide to guarantee your booking through bank transfer, you have 3 days to pay in your bank and send us by e-mail to:
infobook@toplevelhotel.com the receipt of payment. After received your fax, we'll send you by e-mail the confirmation of your reservation. You are admitted to cancel your reservation without penalties until 3 days from the check in and the hotel will give you back
the amount prepayed.
This amount pre-payed will not be given back, if you don't cancel your reservation until 3 days from the check in, or if you
don't arrive at the check in (No show).
