1) About Toplevelhotel.com

This portal, dedicated to luxury hotels in Rome - Naples - Florence and other italian cities, was made up in April 2003 by Immagine Italia, an Italian leading group in the production of web sites, e-commerce, brochures, depliants, catalogues and books.

What we do
We know that planning an holiday, a trip or a business travel can take too much time, and currently time is one of the most important resources.
Internet and the web give the possibility to avoid travel agencies and tour operators. Anyone can select places, rooms, rates and periods, and check for availability. But there is still a problem: how to select!
This is exactly what we do: we selected for you the most luxury hotels in Italy. Here you will find the perfect accommodation for your travel: cheap beacause our rates are the lowest on the web, and comfortable because it is guaranteed by the "Top Level Hotel" quality.

2) How to search for a property

Search by city:

Click on the map on the desired Destination or Click on the name of the city in 'Your destination?'.

Search by Zone:
Click on the Zone on the place/city or Click on the name of the Zone in 'Select a city zone?'.

3) How to check availability

To check the availability, fill in the fields in the form clicking on the link 'Availability request', and wait for the reply by email.
Don't forget to insert your phone number for important information and special offers.

4) How to make a reservation

To do a reservation, you have to fill in the fields of the reservation form with your credit card details or prepay through bank transfer, following the instructions into the reservation form, sent by email.
The reservation you are submitting doesn't involve any credit card transaction.
The reservation will be valid and confirmed only when you will receive the confirmation e-mail from Top Level Hotel. The confirmation e-mail will indicate all the information about your reservation included the price.
You are admitted to cancel your reservation without penalties until 3 days from the check in. To cancel your reservation, please send an e-mail to the following e-mail address:

book@toplevelhotel.com.

If the hotel will not be able to accept your request of reservation, an email will be sent to you.
If you don't cancel your reservation and don't arrive at the check in, you have to pay a penalty. The penalty is equal to the full price of the first night.

5) How to check the status of your reservation

How to check the status of your reservation. To check the status of your reservation you have to insert your ID number of your reservation and check-in date and click on
'Go', into the window 'View your offer' on the left side of your computer's display.

6) How to cancel a booking

To cancel a booking, send an email to book@toplevelhotel.com specifying your ID of reservation and you'll receive an email of confirmation of cancellation of your reservation (Read "Cancellation Policy").

If you want to cancel the booking or find out if it has been cancelled, when you're travelling, follow the procedure above descripted, respecting the cancellation deadline. However if you have the necessity to cancel during the weekend or on public holidays, please contact directly the hotel to the telephone or fax numbers printed on your Confirmation of reservation.

If you are leaving and you fear not to be able to access your e-mail, we suggest you to indicate a telephone, fax, or mobile number in the notes of the reservation, so that we can reach you in case of necessity.

7) How to modify your reservation

Once a booking has been sent, you can’t change it directly. To make a modification, you have to send a message to book@toplevelhotel.com, giving the correct ID reservation number and stating the changes that you want to be made.
You can also cancel the booking and make a new one, but only if you are still within the agreed cancellation time limits.

8) Security/Privacy

The information requested when sending the availability request is completely confidential, in accordance with Laws for protection of confidentiality of personal data.

All information is sent via a Secure Server, providing the highest level of security available.

Credit card
Your credit card details are necessary in order to guarantee bookings and no charges will be made unless specifically requested by the property as deposit (it would be specified in the cancellation policy of the individual property) or in case of late cancellation or no show.

Credit card information is sent directly to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.

9) How does toplevelhotel.com work

After sending the availability request for the hotel choosen, you'll receive by email the offer, that you can accept filling in the fields of the reservation form with your credit card details or prepay through bank transfer, following the instructions into the reservation form, sent by email.
