Over an old fishermen's house that every so often became a haven for people from Positano - who made themselves up as Saracens to relive the legend of the predators' landing on our shores - was built the "Covo dei Saraceni" (Den of Saracens). On a marvellous rock spike there is the ideal refuge of those who land here and wish to immerse themselves in the splendid colours of tje Amalfi Coast. Here, where the sea skims over the beaches steeped in history and memory, it is still possible to discover the most remote and authentic corners of our land. Open from 8.00 am until 11.00 pm the Bar Covo serves wonderful gelati, panini, cakes, and other light snacks as well as a full bar service (wine spirits, and coffee/tea and softdrinks). SWIMMING POOL: Enjoy drinks and light snacks as you relax by the rooftop seawater pool with its stunning views over the main beach, the ocean and across to the towns nestled against the cliffs.
